PM aims to strengthen Pakistan-Thailand ties after Anutin reappointment

Anutin led the vote from the beginning. He defeated rival Natthaphong Ruengpanyawut by a large margin. Natthaphong represents the progressive People’s Party. His party had been expected to win the recent election.

Sharif congratulated Anutin in a post on X. He expressed confidence in Thailand’s future growth and peace. Furthermore, he highlighted hopes for progress under Anutin’s leadership. He also stressed the importance of mutual cooperation.
